What is graciousness

Graciousness is about having kindness and warm courtesy, a merciful or compassionate nature.It is about being condescendingly courteous and indulgent.It can be characterized by charm,beauty or graceful,elegance and good taste.Enjoying favor or grace; acceptable or pleasing.Graciousness is the excellence of manners or social conduct or even the quality of being kind and gentle.If you are an ungracious person,you have an offensive lack of good manners.Before being gracious to others, you must be gracious to yourself.

Why is it important for the society to embrace the value of graciousness

Graciousness is about being respectful and if your family,friends or even everyone in the society does not embrace the value of graciousness,it will turn to a disaster! There will be no peace, but if almost everyone does embrace the value of graciousness you can see that people around you will always be smiling maybe not always but most of the time they will.And with that everyone will be considerate, agreeable and they will feel very calm...comfortable and pleasant.

My mum has once shared with me that her ex-colleague was a blind person and she would help him to get home everyday.As he took a bus home and could not see the bus number, my mum would help him identify the bus he should take and help him up the bus.The next one is something I experience with my sister which happened last year in December.But it is only a very small act but I think its okay to share.Well, my sister and I were going to fetch my other sister when and old woman came.I know that I'm not supposed to talk to strangers but she seemed nice and my sister and I decided to help her.She was just asking us about the location of a certain block which was around my area.So, we showed her the way to the block using our hands which was giving directions and...oh you know.. and she thanked us in Chinese which we were not familiar with but we understood as it was such a simple word.And so I think that's the end.
